I did think that the so-called constructivism has been the Empire's popular epistemology and its neo-colonial ideology. Now Kerry sees Russia emerging from the category of main threats of our time, next to ISIS and Ebola virus, as part of the Empire's constructivism. Coincidentally, the ruble is being deconstructed into a collapsing currency, the steep erasure of which cannot be explained fully or only either by the prices of oil or by the Western sanctions.
In the light of his meeting with Lavrov in Rome, John Kerry declared that, lately, Russia has undertaken constructive steps and signs of constructive decisions towards the crisis in Ukraine.
So what does "constructive" mean? Lavrov explains quite bluntly:

Лавров также заявил, что Москва однозначно поддерживает территориальную целостность Украины, «второго Крыма» в Донбассе не будет.
«После встречи в Москве с президентом Франции Франсуа Олландом 6 декабря президент России Владимир Путин в ходе общения с прессой вновь подтвердил то, что говорил неоднократно: «Россия поддерживает территориальную целостность Украины». Однозначно», – сказал Лавров.
Отвечая на вопрос, касается ли это регионов юго-востока и не будет ли там второго Крыма, Лавров заметил, что «Крым уникален, единственный в своем роде, это русская земля».
